EXERCISE!

OMG! my muscles hurt. i'm taking a body strength and tone class thru SLCC. yesterday was the second day.

the first day she just went over the syllabus, had us do introductions, and then told us the PROPER way to do crunches! :) (what you are supposed to do is pull your bellybutton to your back, tighten your pelvic floor and exhale on every "up").

yesterday we did lots of stuff. we did stuff for our biceps, triceps, lats, hamis (not much), quads, lower back, and lots of ab stuff.

she told us that after 4 weeks your muscles get bored... so you need to switch up your workouts so that your keep your muscles guessing.... (muscle confusion).

so i've been walking around with sore muscles. :(

also, my backpack is freakishly heavy and it really sucks carrying 3-ish big books. (-_- )

david jason is nuts==he is taking 5 exercise classes this semester--
pilates, kick boxing, yoga, thai chi, and jogging. he is also taking french and some mind altering class.
what other classes are you taking?

i'm taking chem 1110 & lab, bio 2320 & lab, communications 1010, and the body strength & tone.

what is the "mind altering class" he's taking?

david's class is a body=mind connection type of thing about stress and health or something like that. he tried to explain it to me. sounds like you are taking some hard classes.

yeah... his mom spent the whole time in bed cuz she broke her ankle. :( we watched angels and demons then went to logan and i met some of his friends. :) i had fun.

and school is ok. but i've got homework i should be doing... don't wanna do it. i also got my last book today that i needed.
